Phuc An Urban Area is located right on the main road of Provincial Route 824, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. The project is divided into the Hỏa An, Kim An, Thổ An, Thủy An, and Mộc An zones.
HTE Global has designed the landscaping for several elements, including 510 villas and small parks within the residential area, 6 model houses, and the main park along the riverbank. The company collaborates directly with the investor, Tran Anh Long An Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
For this project, the landscape architects of HTE Global drew inspiration from the concept of "The Story of 12 Flower Seasons." They selected and proposed characteristic flowers representing the four seasons of the year.
