The MITEK office development project is located at Lots A5 & A7, Innovation Road, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Bạch Kim Toàn Cầu Co., Ltd.
HTE Global is responsible for constructing the perimeter fence surrounding the project, including the foundation, structural steel frame, and details, with a total construction area of approximately 4712 m².
Before commencing construction, we cleaned the entire site, removing any excess materials, grass, and debris as per TTC guidelines, while safeguarding all existing boundary materials and survey markers.
Then, we proceeded with the construction of the fence, which includes the foundation, structural steel supports, and facade. This involved constructing the foundations for the main gate, side gate, and project signage, including both production and installation phases.
